Thousands of Taylor Swift fans have been left disappointed, after failing to secure tickets for her Dublin concerts next summer.
Criticism has also been levelled at Ticketmaster, with some users reporting hours of massive virtual queues only to be kicked off the server at the last minute."On the Saturday and Sunday ones in the queue I was 15,000, and on the Saturday one I got to number one - and I got kicked off the server," she said."I'm not parting €300 for a concert."My nerves were shot - I've never experienced a process like it for going for a concert".
"I can understand it, but it was too long a process: there was five hours yesterday gone just trying to get these tickets".Megan said there were too many VIP packages on offer, and not enough regular seats.
