Scampton's MP is deadset against migrant plans - but he has demands if they go ahead
Gainsborough MP Sir Edward Leigh has outlined the list of precautions that must be in place if the RAF Scampton plans for migrant housing go ahead.
He has regularly stood up in the House of Commons to question why Scampton Holdings’ £300 million plan for a tourism and enterprise project has been overlooked. This is backed up by his demand for extra Lincolnshire Police funding, so that “our excellent but stretched police force has the resources it needs to keep everyone in our country safe and secure.”
