Eight more races take place at Ballybrit on Friday
Christian Williams' decision to send 11-year-old Cap Du Nord over from Wales could be rewarded with big-race success in the Blazers Handicap Chase at the Galway Races today .
He was a good winner on the flat at the Curragh when last seen towards the end of June and should be competitive here off a mark of 124, having finished fifth when last seen over hurdles at Killarney. Sirius was very impressive when winning the big race here on Monday and turns up again in the 1m4f handicap at 6.35.
Dropping back to a mile and a half will suit him and I think he could go very well at an each-way price.
