Without that help, things would be very difficult.Paul works as a secondary school teacher in Claregalway College and he trains and has match commitments with Galway during the week, so his down time with his family away from GAA is very important.

He said: "I look after myself and I look after my body. I feel good at training and I go out of my way to continuously make progress with my career whether it is with food and supplements or mindset.
