US investor also wants to seize businessman’s Irish farmland, cars and tractor as part settlement of $19.5 million debt judgment

Declan Ganley’s former business partner is pursuing him to seize a number of his Irish assets, including a premises in Galway that the Irish businessman wanted to redevelop as the Edmond Burke pub.

David Shuman, a New York-based private equity investor, has filed a motion in New York looking for the pub in part settlement of a debt judgment he secured against Ganley, which stands at around $19.5 million, according to legal papers.
