The Gardaí are seeking the public's help to identify a man in his 60s found dead in the water at Claddagh Quay, Co Galway. The man was wearing a grey tweed suit, blue and white striped shirt, and had red/grey hair and a full grey beard. CCTV footage and a detailed description of the man have been released.
Gardaí are requesting the public's assistance in identifying a man whose body was found in Claddagh Quay, Co Galway, on November 17. The man, believed to be in his 60s with an Irish accent, has not been identified despite extensive investigations. He is described as 5 foot 7 inches tall, of medium build, with blue eyes, red/grey hair, and a full grey beard. He was wearing a grey tweed suit, blue and white striped shirt, size 10 Asos black dress shoes, and black-rimmed glasses.
CCTV footage of the man has been released in hopes of identifying him. Superintendend Paudie O'Shea of Galway Garda Station has appealed to accommodation providers to check if anyone has left their premises without leaving contact information.
