Carl KinsellaGardaí confirmed through their official Twitter account that yesterday they arrested a driver who tested positive for all four drug test categories.
The driver, who was arrested in Cork, also wasn't carrying a driver's license, and provided no evidence of insurance. In a tweet published on Tuesday evening, Gardaí noted:"Midleton RPU stopped a driver who tested positive for all four drug categories and negative for a driving licence and insurance.
