Gardaí are 'concerned' for the welfare of a missing Dublin teenager. 15-year-old Kelsey Nolan has been missing from her home in Tallaght , Dublin 24, since Saturday morning, November 30. Kelsey is described as being approximately five foot six inches tall, with a slim build, long brown hair, and blue eyes. Her clothing at the time of her disappearance is unknown. Gardaí and Kelsey's family are concerned for her welfare and have requested the public's assistance in locating her.
