Mr Kenneally is also charged with driving without due care and attention at the same location on the same date contrary to Section 52 of the Road Traffic Act. The contested case was specially fixed for today and State Solicitor for Co Limerick, Aidan Judge, told the court that the State is to call 12 witnesses in the case.
