Gardaí in Galway have been made aware of a gang roaming the borders of the county as local councillors and neighbourhood watch groups tip off authorities with vital information.
Galway Beo reports they were allegedly involved in an incident in the village of Partry in south Mayo.The apparently female-led gang is believed to have been driving a black Audi and consisted of four members - three males and one female. "I would urge people to ring the Gardai. Report any sightings to Tuam Gardai on 093 70840 if you see this locally."
