The scene remained sealed off this morning as Gardai continue to look to establish the cause of a house fire in Cork which claimed the life of a man in his 60s on Friday evening.
After fire services brought the blaze under control, a man was found dead inside the building. He has now been named locally as Michael O'Sullivan, Cork Beo reports. A spokesperson for An Garda Siochana told The Irish Mirror: "Gardaí in Togher are investigating all of the circumstances surrounding the death of a man following a fatal house fire in Togher, Cork on Friday evening, 31st January 2025.
