Irish Gardaí say they have dismantled a major drug supply network, seizing almost €13 million worth of cocaine and cannabis herb. The operation, led by the Dublin Crime Response Team, targeted the sourcing, preparation, and distribution of cocaine and crack cocaine into West Dublin. Three men from eastern Europe were arrested and are being detained under the Criminal Justice (Drug Trafficking) Act, 1996.

Gardaí said officers from the Dublin Crime Response Team have been conducting an “ongoing intelligence led operation” in Mountmellick, Co Laois and a number of other locations.
