Gardaí were rushed to reports of an assault at a house in the small Donegal town of Ballybofey at around 9pm on Wednesday evening
A man and a woman have been arrested after a man was rushed to hospital following an alleged stabbing in Co Donegal .
One man, aged in his 30s, was rushed to Letterkenny University Hospital to receive treatment for his injuries while the man and woman arrested have been detained at a Garda station in Donegal. Gardaí did not confirm the hospitalised man's condition. “Gardaí have arrested a man and woman following an assault which occurred at a residence in Ballybofey, Donegal at approximately 9pm on Wednesday, 16 October,” a Garda spokesperson told the Irish Mirror.
