Sources have told the Irish Mirror that the Garda probe is ongoing – and there will be more arrests: 'This is nowhere near the end'
Gardai investigating the infamous Dublin riots of late last year have dozens more suspects in their sights, it has emerged.
The arrests yesterday – of eight men and one woman – bring to 49 the number of people detained by gardaí form Store Street in central Dublin investigating the riots, which shocked Ireland. “During the course of the searches nine people were arrested, men and 1 woman). They are all currently detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984, at Garda stations in the Dublin Metropolitan Region . This brings the number of arrests in this ongoing investigation to 49. "One female and three males will appear before the Criminal Courts of Justice this afternoon, Tuesday 23rd July 2024 at 4.30pm.
