GBBO winner Peter Sawkins says he 'does not identify as LGBTQ+' after holiday video
The Great British Bake Off 2020 winner Peter Sawkins has taken to Instagram to clarify that he does "not identify as LGBTQ+", after a video he posted of his holiday including a clip of him holding hands with a male friend led people to think he was "coming out" as gay during Pride month.
The clip then cut to Peter showing off the delights of the place they were visiting, taking a second to smell some leaves and take a break on a bench. Finally, there is a shot of Peter holding hands with a mystery man, with their backs facing the camera.
