Gemma Atkinson has made a vow after breaking fans' hearts for being able to talk about her beloved dog 'without crying' following his sad death. The Hits Radio host was left devasted over the weekend as she said goodbye to one of her pet dogs, Norman.

Gemma then rounded off her tear-jerking post: "I’m going to love you, miss you and remember you forever. Until we meet again Norman… Go and run again and have some fun up there with my dad. You’re such a good boy.
"You have to be their voice throughout their whole life, make their decisions, help them and had I gone a day longer not making that awful decision, I would have been doing Norm injustice and I just had to put him first and not me. Although selfishly, I still want him here."
