Gemma Collins will be starring in Chicago the Musical later this year
The star confirmed the news via Instagram on Tuesday morning, where she said she'd be taking on the role of Matron 'Mama' Morton on the Chicago UK tour later this year.

SEEING U DO THIS IS A DREAM COME TRUE FOR YOU!!!!!!”Last week, the star was rumoured to be joining the cast of Chicago The Musical replacing 80s singer Sinitta as the larger-than-life prison mistress Mama Morton.
“She has not signed anything yet as there are still issues to be ironed out with the agreement. But all being well, she will sign in the coming days.”The theatre source went on: “Gemma is the ultimate TV diva. So who better to play Mama Morton — the Chicago prison mistress who rules the roost?Gemma has risen to fame from her years on TOWIE and has gone on to appear in a number of reality shows since including I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! , Celebrity Big Brother and Dancing On Ice.
During the documentary, Gemma emotionally said: "Because I now want to go on and have a family and stuff, I suppose there’s that part of me… because you hear about people having postnatal depression and all these things. I don’t ever want it to come back. It’s scary. It’s very, very scary."
