For her main course, Gemma opted for the shellfish selection which contained half a lobster, jumbo tiger prawns, marinated scallops, cherry tomatoes complete with garlic and herb butter. His plate also contained a half hot buttered lobster with garlic and herbs alongside a confit of cherry tomatoes with a round field mushroom.
