Genshin Impact Version 3.8 is set to arrive early next month and will include a number of new summer-themed events GenshinImpact HoYoverse
HoYoverse has today announced that Version 3.8 for Genshin Impact entitled, ‘Secret Summer Paradise’ will release on July 5. The update is set to introduce new outfits as well as a brand-new limited-time area for players to explore while trying out the summer attractions and earning “bountiful rewards.”
In a press release from HoYoverse, the developer noted that the new area, Veluriyam Mirage is set to make its way to the game in the latest update on July 5. Alongside this, “high hills, forested valleys, dark caves, and a myriad of amusement facilities” are also set to be available across Teyvat during the summer event.
Four summer special events are also set to drop during the ‘Secret Summer Paradise.’ The events are set to offer more bonuses, which include a chance to recruit Layla for free. The events set to be available include:Dance of Flashing Thought – Combat challenges and different features.Players will also have the opportunity to collect Joyeux Vouchers, which will allow players to redeem a number of rewards including a new outfit for Kaeya.
A new PvE mode will also be available known as ‘The Forge Realm’s Temper.’ This mode will see players take on waves of enemies for a limited number of rounds and will add three new character cards. These new Character Cards include:
