The “disappointed” family of George Nkencho will appeal the decision not to prosecute Gardaí following his death.by a member of An Garda Síochána following an alleged assault.
“The family intends to appeal this decision and in the circumstances will not be making any further statements until this process has been concluded.” GSOC said it would continue to engage with the family “in the context of coronial proceedings and any other statutory processes that may arise”.
