Georgie Crawford has opened up about breaking the habit of sacrificing her own happiness for that of others.
Speaking to RSVP Live as she has teamed up with Specsavers to launch their nationwide short story competition, Georgie reflected on a passage from her own book, Glow. Georgie also said that changing her lifestyle and focusing on her own needs was something she has done for her two daughters, Pia and Tahlie, too.
