Dublin criminal successfully appeals imprisonment order after his arrest on Spanish island last month
The decision was taken by a court in the Lanzarote capital Arrecife on Monday following an appeal by Hutch last week.
“The investigating magistrate took this decision after receiving a report from the Public Prosecutor’s Office which was favourable to the appeal.Locals stall opening of Thornton Hall for up to 1,000 asylum seekersI am not sure Ireland has a housing crisis. The problem is a century old Hutch was arrested on October 23rd with several other men under the Spanish money laundering investigation, which has been ongoing for more than two years.
