The three judges at the Special Criminal Court delivered their verdict this afternoon

reports that the prosecution in the high-profile Special Criminal Court trial claimed that Gerry Hutch was one of two gunmen disguised in fake Garda tactical uniforms who shot Byrne as he scrambled on the ground of the hotel.

However, on Monday afternoon , the three judges at the Special Criminal Court delivered their verdict in the trial and the 60-year-old from the Paddocks in Clontarf was found not guilty.
