Gervonta Davis vs Ryan Garcia is a 'DONE DEAL' with fight targeted for April 15 in Las Vegas

The super fight between the two young American boxing stars was agreed back in November, though could not be fully set until Tank took care of business against Hector Luis Garcia on Saturday night.Advertisement

However, the fact that they both compete on rival broadcast networks and with rival promoter/advisors looked certain to get in the way.Mayweather Promotions and Al Haymon, with his fights broadcast on Showtime.Garcia is promoted by Oscar De La Hoya’s Golden Boy Promotions, with his fights broadcast on DAZN.

It’s reported that the promoters will work with one another to stage the fight, as will the broadcasters in PPV produced by Showtime, but distributed through both Showtime and DAZN.It’s understood that contracts have not yet been exchanged or signed to formalise the fight.
