Girl suffers serious injuries after being attacked by 'XL bully' dog
COPS are urging the public not to approach an XL bully that left a 15-year-old girl with serious injuries.Cops are urgently hunting this violent dogOfficers have shared a picture of the animal to try to locate it as they comb the local area.
A Cleveland Police spokesman said: "Police are warning members of the public not to approach a dog after an incident where a teenager suffered injuries in Port Clarence. "A 15-year-old girl suffered serious injuries and was taken to the University Hospital of North Tees following an incident in the Port Clarence area this evening, Monday 29 May."Officers are in the area currently searching for the male dog which is described as an ‘XL Bully’ type dog and aged 4-5 years.Anyone who spots the dog is asked to immediately dial 999.
Should anyone have any information on its whereabouts, they are being asked to contact Cleveland Police quoting incident 103512.
