A couple from Glasgow woke up to find a total of just under £11 million in both their stocks and shares accounts however, their millionaire status only lasted a few hours.
A husband and wife from Glasgow thought they had "hit the jackpot" after a banking error saw £11 million appear in their stocks and shares accounts.
The 56-year-old told the Daily Record: "For a couple of hours there, I thought this might be real and we'd hit the jackpot! It was like winning the EuroMillions! "We started thinking one of our company investments had gone through the roof overnight as is the nature with the stock market and this could be genuine."
