Some Glasgow flights have been cancelled after a fire broke out at a car park in Luton Airport.
The airport has been closed after a fire ripped through a multi-storey car park on Tuesday evening, causing it to collapse.Flights have been cancelled since the fire broke out at around 9pm.
Footage posted on social media showed flames and smoke tearing through cars parked at the newly-built airport car park. “A few minutes later most of the upper floor was alight, car alarms were going off with loud explosions from cars going up in flames.A spokesperson for Luton Airport said: “Our priority remains supporting the emergency services and the safety of our passengers and staff.
