A 45-year-old woman has been arrested and charged in connection with the seizure of more than £60,000 following an operation carried out by the Organised Crime Unit
As part of an investigation carried out by the Organised Crime Unit, officers entered a house on Colston Path at around 4pm on Monday, October 30. More than £60,000 in cash was recovered from the property.
A 45-year-old woman has been arrested and charged in connection with the seizure. She has since been released on an undertaking and will appear in court on a later date. "Around 4pm, on Monday, 30 October, 2023, officers acting under warrant, entered a house in Colston Path in Bishopbriggs and recovered more than £60,000 in cash. A 45-year-old woman has been arrested and charged in connection with the seizure. She was released on an undertaking and will appear at court at a later date."
