The team behind Non Viet have just launched Non Viet Vegan on Dumbarton Road in the west end, offering a selection of enticing plant-based, authentic Vietnamese dishes.

Co-founder and manager Younes Chachai explained that he is excited for people to be able to come in and finally see their latest offering, which offers a fully vegan menu meaning even more people can try their incredible offering. He said: "It's a great location, and a great area, Partick like the west end, has a lot of people excited to try something new and this is going to be something completely different.

And he revealed he can't wait for people to try the new restaurant which offers enticing dishes like Pho Noodle Soup, Tofu Coconut Curry and spring rolls, as well as a fully licenced bar with, beer, wine cocktails, smoothies and traditional Vietnamese coffee, which of course will all be vegan.
