A bridge in Glasgow's Sighthill, which has seen a multi-million pound investment, has been blighted by overflowing bins and litter - with rats roaming the area too.
One local resident is concerned the mess will deter potential home buyers from moving into the area and is calling on the council to clear it out. "The area is trying to sell itself with lots of houses for sale. If you’re walking over the bridge and see that then you are going to be put off.
