The West End is set for a new housing development 🏡
Approval has been granted for a new development in Glasgow, with 136 units set to be constructed on Royston Road.
Swan Group made the announcement today, December 1, having previously gained approval for 100 homes on the site before delays due to the pandemic. With the team having extra time to assess, a resubmission was made with extra units. Working in collaboration with PfP Capital, the development is said to include a combination of houses and flats. The organisation have not said when the ‘much needed’ housing will be expected.Phil McGinlay, Managing Director of Swan Group, said: “Swan Group’s Royston Road development will be a great addition to Glasgow’s regeneration ambitions, offering residents direct and safe access to the city centre.
“We are happy to see our continued hard work paying off as another stage of the development process is concluded.
