A woman who blackmailed a married man for thousands of pounds after the pair met up at a hotel was yesterday jailed for over two years.
She had made threats of telling his wife about their meeting at a hotel in Carlisle, and also threatened to visit him and his wife's workplaces, as she demanded the cash. “However, Kovac continued to take advantage of the victim resulting in £9,180 worth of payments being made before the man reported Kovac to the police.
