The UK's weather has been very unsettled so far this summer, with many parts of the country experiencing heavy rain and thunderstorms, and the Met Office has now issued a warning for the entire month of June
We're just over three weeks away from this year's Glastonbury Festival . With a damp start to the summer, ticket holders will be keeping a close eye on the weather forecast.
Forecasters anticipate some sunny intervals during the festival, as well as "longer spells of rain at times". They also noted that the UK is likely to be "wetter than average" for this time of year, reports Somerset Live. For the period from Tuesday, June 18, to Tuesday, July 2, the Met Office stated: "Signals are weak, as is common for this time of year, regarding prevailing weather patterns during the last couple of weeks of June and into the start of July. As is typical, all areas can expected to see some spells of drier, sunnier weather but there will also be showers or longer spells of rain at times.
