GLENDALE — The Glendale Police Department asked the public's help in identifying a 4-year-old who was found crossing 59th Avenue at Alice Avenue.It is unknown why the child was crossing the street alone.
The Department of Child Safety is involved and will determine if and when the child will be reunited with family.This incident is currently under a criminal investigation.
