New research conducted by a not-for-profit neuroscience research body reveals a global decline in mental well-being. The study, part of the annual Global Mind Project, assessed the overall happiness and resilience of people from 71 countries. The results show a low average score of 55 compared to the global average of 65, indicating no sign of recovery in recent years.
