The 52-year-old is being urged to rest by fans
Susanna Reid has apologised to Good Morning Britain fans as she was forced to miss Monday's programme.
On Sunday evening Susanna told her many fans: "So sorry not to see you tomorrow @gmb. Back in full voice v soon I hope, thanks to specialist treatment and your brilliant tips." A second post, on her Instagram Story, said: "Vocal chords affected by mild infection , that I didn't even realise I had! Need to rest them a little longer. See you v soon!"
