'This incident is a blatant breach of the victim’s privacy and dignity'
Police have issued pictures of a man they want to speak to after a report of upskirting outside a bar on a busy street in Manchester city centre.
Officers said the victim was reportedly 'upskirted' - which means images or videos were taken up their clothing without consent. The incident was 'blatant breach of privacy and dignity', police added.The force today released two images of a man they want to identify. Anyone who recognises the man, or who has any information, is being urged to get in touch.
