Good Morning Britain descended into chaos following the tense debate between former Tory MEP David Campbell Bannerman and political activist Dr Shola Mos-Shogbamimu. The programme had to hand over to Lorraine while the pair were still arguing.
The former Conservative Prime Minister quit as an MP this week with the Privileges Committeeand ruling that the politician had lied and misled parliament.
GMB weighed in too with former Tory MEP David Campbell Bannerman appearing opposite lawyer and political activist Dr. Shola Mos-Shogbamimu on Friday’s episode. ‘They’re not going to stop,’ Kate said, as her co-star added: ‘We’ll hand over to Ranvir, have a good weekend.’The pair both shrugged their shoulders helplessly, and passed over to Ranvir Singh, who responded: ‘Look, it makes sense! After the break, are you suffering with BFS? That’s Boris Fatigue Syndrome – after that, you might think so.’
He described the idea of trying to strip of his perks as a former MP and PM as ‘spiteful’, but Shola launched into an attack on Johnson, alleging that he has always lied and ‘ended his political career as a liar’.his flowers, because he’s consistent to the end.’David later changed tact and argued that ‘this is about Brexit’, telling Shola: ‘You hate Brexit.’
