The Government will send 36 representatives to the 74 cities in 44 countries for St Patrick’s Day.

Ministers, Ministers of States and other representatives will travel across the globe to places such as the US, Australia, the Middle East, Asia and other locations as part of the celebrations.

As expected, Taoiseach Leo Varadkar will travel to Washington for St Patrick’s Day where he is expected to meet US President Joe Biden. St Patrick’s Day will mark ‘100 Years of Ireland in the World’.
