Gráinne Seoige has opened up about the 'sexism and misogyny' she now faces in politics after announcing her career change.
Earlier this year, she announced that she would be running in the next general election as a candidate for Fianna Fáil.
Speaking on Alan Clarke’s Big News Coming Soon podcast, she confessed that it hasn’t been an easy time. She went on to say that there is room for lots of different types of people in government and this should be encouraged.
