Developer alleges planning appeals lodged by Oonagh Stokes and Barbara Wilding are ‘solely’ about extracting monies from him
Developer Greg Kavanagh is suing two women he alleges are holding up a €51.5 million housing development by refusing to withdraw planning appeals he claims are centred on money demands.
Kavanagh alleges that demands were made for the payment of up to €6 million from the sale of the proposed houses, along with €4 million for the sale of a 19th century house adjourning the development.
