Martin is departing the show to take up a new venture on morning TV

Presenter Martin announced today that he will be departing his role on the evening show to take up a new venture with Ireland AM, and will be joining presenter Elaine Crowley and Katja Mia on the Ireland AM couch.

Greg made his announcement via social media today, sharing that he has been wanting to share the big news for "so long.""I’ve been wanting to tell you this for so long and now I finally can… I’m going to be a presenter on the @sixoclockshow," he penned. "This is an absolute dream come true. I’ve done a couple years of presenting but I never thought I’d actually have a show."

"I’m so excited to start this journey and it’s made even better I’ll be beside the lovely @karenkostertv."Also big shout out to @martinkingpresenter for such incredible work. You are an inspiration to me and I’ll never be able to fill your shoes but hopefully I’ll make it my own and do you proud on the show," he said.
