Grieving mum says there are 'no words' to describe pain Andrew McGinley is feeling after death of his three children

A woman whose two sons were killed by their father said there are “no words” to describe the pain Andrew McGinley is feeling, after his three children were found dead on Friday.

A post-mortem has concluded, however, gardai say they are not releasing the results for operational reasons. She said: “We don’t know the circumstances or what led it to happen but regardless of that three little lives have been lost, and that’s what’s important here, so its why did this happen and its sometimes with these things you will never know, there’s never going to be an answer, and answers don’t really matter because they wont bring back these three little children.

“There is no answer to this, there’s very few words actually that can really explain the pain and grief and horror that the family will be going through right now.” Memories of the horrific day never leave Kathleen and she said Andrew McGinley and his family need all the support they can get.
