Police Scotland are investigating after shots were fired at two different buildings in the same street on the same day.
Gunmen shot at multiple building during an attack on a Scots street that left residents 'terrified'. Shots were fired during the incident at a block of flats on Greendykes Road in Edinburgh at 3.15am on Thursday November 2.

One local, speaking anonymously, said: "It's generally a quiet area so to hear about something as serious as that happening just around the corner is terrifying. I could see one smashed window at one flat and the flat next door also had a window boarded up. "The second incident was in broad daylight and there were people in the street at the time. Thankfully no one was injured but this was a reckless act with no regard for members of the public.
"From our enquiries so far we believe that there was male on an electric motorcycle with a pillion passenger around the time of both incidents. On the second occasion they were seen to make off towards Craigmillar Castle Avenue.
