Gunnar Halle insists he embraced the 'pressure' that came with representing Leeds United and believes he enjoyed a 'good connection' with the fans. The former full-back spent three seasons at Elland Road, and admits a home victory over Manchester United was particularly 'memorable'.
The 58-year-old is currently managing in his homeland with Honefoss, following spells as an assistant with Molde, Strommen and Norway Women. Halle was asked about his experience of life at Leeds, and defended former boss George Graham while reminiscing on his time playing in front of the Elland Road crowd.He told FourFourTwo: "It was a new challenge in my career. There was more pressure to do well there, though that was something I wanted.
