Taoiseach Simon Harris has been urged to “finally honour a promise he made many years ago” as the Government was accused of “betraying” children with scoliosis and Spina Bifida.

In response, Mr Harris said the commitment to treat patients within four months was made following a commitment to him from the former director general of the HSE.
