A judge is set to rule on whether some of the sealed papers in Prince Harry's US visa application should be made public after the Duke of Sussex admitted to taking drugs in his memoirs
The ongoing dispute over whether Prince Harry 's US visa application should be made public is set to reach a critical point today. Earlier this month, a judge hinted that he might permit the release of some sealed documents from Harry's visa application.
He set a deadline of today for the US government to specify which legal documents related to the case can be disclosed. US President Donald Trump has made his stance clear on the case, stating he won't deport Harry, but couldn't resist a harsh swipe at Meghan by adding: "I'll leave him alone. He's got enough problems with his wife. She's terrible."
The Heritage Foundation's lawsuit contends that US law typically bars entry to individuals with such a history. They also believe that the duke's past drug use mentioned in his visa application should be public as it could cast doubt on the integrity of the US government.
