Thomas Hatch will get the ball for the Blue Jays in their second game of Saturday's doubleheader against the Orioles.
Hatch has only made one major-league start this season since being reinstated from the 60-day injured list on July 6. He gave up three runs on seven hits with four strikeouts over 3 2/3 innings against the Boston Red Sox on July 26.
The 26-year-old Hatch appeared in 17 games, including one start, during his rookie year with the Blue Jays last season recording a 2.73 ERA and 1.177 WHIP with 23 strikeouts., and avoid posting profanity, personal attacks or harassment.
