Sheldon Rodrigues, 30, is sent to prison for a minimum of 25 years for murdering Stephanie Hansen.
By Jess Warren & PA MediaA man who spied on his housemate with surveillance equipment before stabbing her to death has been jailed for life.
During the trial, it was heard Rodrigues had been obsessed with Ms Hansen for at least seven years, and had offered to have surgery to change his appearance.He became angry and jealous after Ms Hansen rejected him and began seeing a work colleague, the court was told. Before the killing, Rodrigues learned, via the spy devices he had installed, her boyfriend had visited her at the house.
