He’s off already! Summer Spellman’s hopes of a new romance have been quickly destroyed in Coronation Street as boyfriend Felix headed back to the USA. Summer has been away from Weatherfield over the past few months getting settled into life at a university in Boston, America. Shortly after Summer was offered this placement, she felt apprehensive about leaving and wanted to stay and care for Paul , who has motor neurone disease.
Paul and Billy were also alarmed by the age gap between the two and his boasts about being a neuroscientist. Later, Felix overheard Paul playing a derogatory message about Felix on his Eyegaze device.
